Suya or Soya is one of the popular appetizer in west and central Africa; usually made with thin sliced beef meat, it’s also associated with joyful celebration of friendship.
Soya'Nese yet was inspired from the traditional Soya rub but the idea here is to use this new formula as a rub or a dib (mayonnaise made with Soya rub).
