It is made with warm spices like white pepper, paprika and "rondelle". Rondelle is commonly called bush onion or whole country onion. It comes from a plant Afrostyrax lepidophyllus, found in rain forest in Cameroon, Ghana, democratic republic of Congo. it tastes sweet, not far from garlic.
